Awakening the Soul's Senses.

Kindsight.

Kindsight, is neither looking back,
nor looking forward.
It's about learning to look through
life's frame of being present in this moment.

See, with Kindsight,
all the good that lives inside you.
Not behind you, not in front of you.
Simply within.... You.

Live in harmony with your Kindsight,
and know the value of the beauty all around you.
See it for what and how it is,
not for what is not.

There is precious appreciation,
for the all that you are,
the all that you share,
and the greatest gift of all,
your ability to live, and give in clear:
Kindsight

In humble gratitude.

Enough.

Enough is never enough,
until you realize,
that you yourself are enough.

Enough is always enough,
when you realize,
that who you truly are is the all you really need.

Enough is never enough,
until you realize,
the incredible strength that resides in you.

Enough is always enough,
when you realize,
the light you feel in your light.

Enough is never enough,
until you realize,
to never doubt in the who you really are.

Enough is always enough,
when you realize,
the power of passion of your life on purpose.

Enough is never enough,
until you realize,
the beauty that is your spirit of caring and kindness.

Enough is always enough,
when you realize,
the joy of life by simply being you.

In humble gratitude.

Begin by saying yes.

Begin by saying yes.
For whatever you don't change,
you choose.

Begin by saying yes.
For whatever you do in silence,
is the all you never said.

Begin by saying yes.
For what is your move from just content,
to stand in your place of pride and empower.

Begin by saying yes.
For what is forgiven in the acceptance of who you are,
becomes the pure energy of your kindness and compassion.

Begin by saying yes.
For what ignited the power from you pain,
is now fuelling your struggle into strength.

Begin by saying yes.
For what you choose in joy on purpose,
is your new way to shift and grow.

Begin by saying yes.
For what is the courage of your compassion,
(that reminds), that we are all more alike than we are different.

Begin by saying yes.
For what was once the darkness of old wounds,
now shows the very best of your ability.

Begin by saying yes.
For what shines in you as your unselfish,
inspires all the very best and good in others.

Begin by saying yes.
For what you have learned,
is the everything you've been brought here to do.

Begin by saying yes.
For what is your leap of faith,
if not to stand up alone, and know that you still can.

In humble gratitude.

What do you do?

What do you see?
When you're not looking.

What do you hear?
When you're not listening.

What do you feel?
When you're not feeling.

What do you know?
When you really don't know.

What do you do?
When you're not being done.

What do you think?
When you're not understanding.

What do you fear?
When you're not unafraid.

What do you let go?
When you're still hanging on.

What do you care?
When you're not in your heart.

What are you being?
When you're only just doing.

What do you say?
When you're only just silent.

What do you do now?
When you're still stuck in your then.

Open yourself up, and free what's inside.
For what you will do....
Is all right there, in front, and just waiting on you.

In humble gratitude.

Spread your Wings.

The universe did not give you wings,
to simply sit in a tree.
Take flight, soar,
and be the best you can be.

There is this purpose,
your own special calling.
So spread those strong wings,
with no fear of falling.

See yourself,
for the all that you are.
Rise up, fly high,
and aim for that star.

Scan your horizon,
for the all you can see.
Your whole world in front of you,
safe, fulfilled, happy and free.

Know in your heart,
and follow your plan.
Your dreams become beliefs,
when you know that you can.

Fly high, know,
and let yourself go.
Trust in you instincts,
and live with life's flow.

Sharpen your focus,
every - thing comes clear.
When you open your heart,
and live without fear.

Make up your own mind,
decide for yourself.
Your well being in balance,
is what's best for you health.

Time to take charge,
of those important things.
Imagine yourself soaring,
and spreading your wings.

In humble gratitude.

I Couldn't Help but Notice.

Be someone who notices,
Nature and the incredible beauty that is all around you.
Even the smallest of things, can have the biggest impact.

Be someone who notices,
and really feel (deeply) that which is right in front of you.
Contemplate in those feelings, and then act accordingly.

Be someone who notices,
observing in your heart what is right and wrong.
Be strong in your place of courage and conviction in all you say and do.

Be someone who notices,
never fearing to reach out, to stretch yourself,
moving to that place of all that you can be.

Be someone who notices,
seeing that it is not just the "what" you do.
It's about the kindness you share in "how" you do it.

Be someone who notices,
and who lives an inspired, peaceful and grateful life.
Always, and in all ways.

Be someone who notices,
your full and good heart of intention.
Stay your course, those soft and quiet steps along your chosen path.

Be someone who notices,
witnesses, and celebrates the uniqueness of your true self.
Stay connected, receptive, and open to the acceptance,
of just how good things can be.
When you are someone...
"Who Couldn't Help but Notice."

In humble gratitude.

The Will is Your Way.

Feel free to follow,
what is so deeply speaking to you.
For the Will is your Way.

Stay in the mind of passionate intention,
and stand for what you truly believe in.
For the Will is Your Way.

See only light through every darkness,
your every wish fulfilled.
For the Will is Your Way.

Stay committed to the depths of truth,
all that you seek already seeking you.
For the Will is your Way.

Remain fearless on your chosen path,
aligned and in balance, your spirit of determination.
For the Will is your Way.

Trust in your heart and all that it says,
and stay connected, humble and clearly on course.
For your Will is your Way.

Simplify the complicated that clouds your view,
letting go and let flow as you continue to grow.
For the Will is your Way.

Live in this moment the am that I am,
search deep within, and open, to the all you can be.
For the Will is your Way.

Cultivate the meaningful life that you crave,

Awakening the Soul's Senses to a Place of Peace and Calm.

It's not about things being black or white.
It's about the colour's of truth of what's inside.

It's not about what you see.
It's about how you see it.

It's not about fearing change.
It's about changing the fear.

It's not about what choices you make.
It's about how you have a choice.

It's not about letting it all go.
It's about seeing what stays.

It's not about having all the answers.
It's about having the courage to ask the questions.

It's not just about hearing.
It's about really listening.

It's not about how you land.
It's about your desire to take off.

It's not about what is not.
It's about how purposefully you live.

It's not about what you get.
It's about how you give.

In humble gratitude.

Leadership...

I consider myself a non-political, spiritual, and caring person.
I do my best to put a positive spin on things, even in the most difficult and trying of circumstances.
I do believe that, for the most part, people are kind well intentioned, and good.

Now, I feel like the world I want to believe in is literally coming apart.
I am angry, I am desperately sad....  and I am frustrated to the very core of my soul.
We have suffered so long now from such a gross lack of leadership.
And now it must be said that it is enough.
That things are horrifically broken, and are in dire need of repair.
That people's hopes and dreams are seeming to disappear more and more each day..

The time has come to find leaders who will lead.
Leaders who show calm, compassion, and sensible strength.
Leaders who stand to protect us, who honour life, and freedom,
and the laws that have been put in place to do just that.

This is not political.
It is not left or right, blue or red.
Liberal or conservative.
This is about human decency and the genuine respect for life.
Every life.

It is time to stand up, and demand that which we all deserve.
No more games, posturing, or choosing sides.
No more lip service.
No more standing behind lies and political innuendo.
No more blaming others, or claiming to be the victim of what are your own actions.

It's about..
Accountability.
Responsibility.
Respect.
It's about compassion and genuine love, care, and the concerns,
and overall well-being for we as human beings.

It is time to stop the madness.
Time to set the leadership example.
Say what you mean... and mean what you say.
If not, move on, and make room for the other's that genuinely will.

It's time to stop the selfishness, or the "what's in it for me."
Time to put on a coat of common sense, for as of right now, it is completely uncommon.

We must not fall into the trap of there is nothing we can do.
You WILL see it.. when you believe it.
And now more than ever, we need each other, to stand up, raise our voices, and simply say;
Enough.

"You don't have to be great... to be good."

This man came to me, very powerfully, in a dream, as
he often does in times where I am confused, or struggling
with the uncertainties of life, or troubled times.

This man is my mentor, my teacher, my leader, my guiding
light of principle and wisdom... and always seems to show up
when I need him most.

This man is my Father.

Donald Llyod Docksteader passed away, (far too soon) at the age of 78, in late 2008.

Th qualities he possessed of kindness, fairness, generosity, and spirit
have stayed with me my entire life.
A man of humble beginnings, he believed strongly in people, and valued
every single person he ever encountered with the same respect he would
share with anyone else.
His famous broad and beaming smile shared equally, and with genuine
enthusiasm, for everyone he met.

He taught me the value of hard work, and that you only get out of life, that which you are prepared to put in.
He taught me the importance of respecting all others no matter what.
He taught me to celebrate diversity and culture, as we were blessed with having
so much of that over the years within our family business.
He taught me the value of leadership, that you could never ask of anyone,
something that you were not prepared to do yourself.
He taught me the value of honesty, integrity, giving back and leading by example.
He taught me the value of family, and the importance of a community of fairness
and equality.

My Dad was not a great scholar.
He went to work right after grade nine.
His post graduation came form the school of hard knocks.
Learning from the seat of his pants, through dedication, and hard work.

His greatest and most powerful lesson.
"Treat (all) people the way you would like to be treated."
No one is better, or more important than you.
His motto stuck with me my whole life.
Because he not only believed it.
He lived it.
Every day.
His entire life.

He taught me to teach my daughter the same thing.
And now that my daughter is about to become a Mother, and me a Grandfather,
we will continue to pass on his wisdom, his beliefs, and his passion for treating all others fairly.

His legacy lives on, and he is always there, reminding me, that no matter what,
the idea of WHAT we do, is so much less important than HOW we do it.

He would look at these troubled times, and in his heart, he would simply say.
"You don't have to be great, to be good"
Being good is more than good enough..

Thank you Dad... for all those valuable lessons... and for always being there.
Our world right now, could use more of your philosophies, leadership,
and whole lot more of your brilliant smile.

Becoming.

Becoming... Aware.
to a new sense of normal.

Becoming... Inspired.
a path of growth from ordinary.

Becoming... Aligned.
a feeling of unforced direction on purpose.

Becoming... Open.
bringing down walls, dark barriers of malcontent.

Becoming... Light.
a brilliant clearing of heaviness lifted.

Becoming... Less afraid.
surrendering to a path on course.

Becoming... Patient.
there is no rush to the lessons.

Becoming... Connected.
to the magnetic energy of the laws of attraction.

Becoming... Inclusive.
a celebration of unity within an infinite whole.

Becoming... Real.
for only what feel's real, can only be real.

Becoming... Grateful.
sharing, in kind, it's every blessing.

Becoming... Me.
that quiet and powerful discovery of I am.

Becoming... Your best.
an effortless shift of the power of pure intent.

In humble gratitude.

It's time.

It's time to stop....
and to be,
grateful.

It's time to breathe.
It's time to reflect.
It's time to remember.
It's time to listen.
It's time to believe.
It's time to appreciate.
It's time to attract.
It's time to receive.
It's time to create.
It's time to choose.
It's time to let go.
It's time to connect.
It's time to grow.
It's time to think.
It's time to give.
It's time to feel.
It's time to cultivate.
It's time to contribute.
It's time to evolve.
It's time to begin.
It's time to imagine.
It's time to change.
It's time to know.
It's time to respect.
It's time to learn.
It's time to share.
It's time to teach.
It's time to notice.
It's time to practice.
It's time to accept.
It's time to manifest.
It's time to dream.
It's time to persevere.
It's time to see.
It's time to simplify.
It's time to yourself.
It's time to inspire.
It's time to forgive.
It's time to move.
It's time to serve.
It's time to soar.
It's time to love.
It's time to surrender.

No matter our challenge,
we will rise up, like the new moon rising,
be strong,
and be better for it.
For it is time.

Never alone.

Know that you are never alone.
Someone, or something, is always with you,
walking with you, on your chosen path.

Lean in, and on.
Those you love, trust, value,
and hold most dear.

Lose that fear.
For all you seek, is still in front,
something there, that's got your back.

Take those small and simple steps.
Keep moving forward, protected,
feeling safer (together) along your way.

Treasure those special relationships.
And realize, that to have a friend,
is to be a friend, first.

See, and be, those brother's and sister's in arms.
Sharing those very act's of kindness,
that so effortlessly bring back, kindness, in kind.

Nurture those who are there for you most.
One's who trust, and love, never leaving you,
to do your life's walk... alone.

In humble gratitude.

Silent Wisdom.

Sit in the mellow silence of your thoughts,
and recognize the wisdom,
this beautiful place of peace within.

Know from all your experience,
that there is no need to push or strive,
you just show up, to quietly arrive.

Remember from all those lessons learned,
that no problems are ever solved,
by the same mind that created them.

Change your thoughts to more acceptance,
not because of something you want,
but to a better understanding of how things are.

Shift, accept, detach and do not reject,
that everything is possible,
right here and right now, and right on time.

Live with wisdom from your heart,
and simply be as if you already were,
all that you that you would wish to become.

In humble gratitude.

See yourself as...

See yourself as;
Light.
Shining brightly through,
the one you know instinctively as you.

See yourself as;
Hope.
Your pathway clear,
protect your heart and hold it near.

See yourself as;
Kind.
Your actions are there for you to give,
a grateful place for you to live.

See yourself as;
Truth.
It's how your heart is meant to be,
a beautiful example for your world to see.

See yourself as;
Trust.
Believing in the spirit of who you are,
and that all you need is never far.

See yourself as;
Calm.
That peaceful, quiet and open space,
you find yourself at home and in that perfect place.

In humble gratitude.

"Less is more.
More or less."

Less doing.
More being.
More ease.
Less effort.

Less rigid.
More flexible.
More pull
Less push.

Less darkness.
More light.
More happy.
Less sad.

Less struggle.
More calm.
More clear.
Less doubt.

Less I.
More we.
More together.
Less separate.

Less talking.
More listening.
More giving.
Less taking.

Less fear.
More safe.
More acceptance.
Less harm.

Less hiding.
More seeking.
More changing.

More love.
Less hurt.

How we do it.

Awakening the Soul's Senses.

Transition.

The soul's calling,
is never completely understood.
Why here? Why now?
It's only this life just playing out,
exactly as it should.

We are not this body,
this vessel we are in.
We are only here as passengers,
a new and different calling,
is all ready to begin.

For all of this is infinite,
Our departure set's us free.
The next part of the journey,
is all right there in front of us,
the same for you and me.

We are grateful for our time here,
the soul is ready for the flight.
Rising up, it's spirit soars,
and  heads toward's the light.
Fly safe my friend.

In humble gratitude.

Collaborations. Awakening the Soul's Senses.

Clarity of Vision.

When confronted with a situation,
of which we have no control;
We are challenged to somehow change,
ourselves.

Relax the fears,
of what is real,
and that,
that isn't.

Know for yourself,
what is true,
and not true;
For you.

Remember that the perceptions,
that are showing up for you,
are just that;
Perceptions of your own reality,
speaking to you.

Look for the beauty that exists,
in the non-judgement of what this all is;
Our challenges become opportunities,
in these life changing moments.

Find the freeing and powerful meaning,
in all your current experiences;
Your kindness and compassion,
now there, to take care, and to share,
in circulation and in service,
to others.

In humble gratitude.
