Living The Wisdom of The Tao
Verse 75.

Through the inspirations of my spiritual mentor Dr Wayne Dyer,
I have undertaken this year, (as he did in 2006), the teachings of the
eighty-one verses of the "Tao Te Ching." Legend says that the "Tao"
(pronounced "Dao") was written by the prophet "Lao-tzu" some five
hundred years before the birth of Christ. The interpretation of the words
Tao is "The Way" Te is "The Shape and Power" and Ching is "The Book."
It has been called "one of the profoundest books in world philosophy."
For my references I have been studying the interpretations and teachings of
Dr. Dyer from his book "Change Your Thoughts - Change Your Life."
In the spirit of Eagle Eye, here is my inspired (poetic) interpretation of
Verse 75.

                        "Demand-less"

                     Demand-less,
                                     and
                                   allow...
                                  Observe
                              how others rely
                               on their own
                                  wisdom.

                           Like all that happens
                                 beautifully,
                                    on time,
                        and exactly as it should
                                        in
                                    Nature.

                                Demand-less,
                                      and
                                     trust...
                               Take more time
                                  for yourself
                                       and
                                       "be"
                                    at peace,
                                   when you
                                      simply
                                 Demand-less.

Fearing Not... The Face of Death

                       Realize,
                          that all things change
                                      in
                             every moment
                                    and
                         that all you ever need
                      is always available to you
                               Fearing Not
                                  the face
                                      of
                                   Death.

                                   Know,
                     that there is nothing physical
                               to hold onto,
                              nothing to do
                           but simply observe,
                             your real - self;
                               Fearing Not
                                  the face
                                     of
                                  Death.

                                 Eliminate,
                           your worldly fears
                                and Live
                             in harmony with
                             your true source;
                              the infinite you,
                                Fearing Not
                                  the face
                                     of
                                  Death.

                               For the Death
                                of one's shell
                                   is part of
                                    Nature;
                                       so

                                  Discontinue
                                 your fears of
                                     Dying
                                       and
                                always remember
                                     that you
                               are not your body...
That your spirit is what's real,
                              true, and everlasting;
                                   never Dying
                                         and
                                    Fearing Not
                                      the face of
                                        Death.

                                     Remembering

Today I sit in this special place with strong and wonderful memories of you my friend..
It remains such a huge part of you, a purposeful and meaningful legacy... and it lives on...
In Spirit... and in Soul.

I can feel your energy... It is all around me.
Your dreams. The laughter..
This amazing sense of balance... between vision and accomplishment..
And there is so much joy. For so many...
It's all here now.... just as you would have had it be.

So it is here, and in this moment, that I think of you..
in fondness... and I remember... and share...
In gratitude...
this beautiful place, of sage and brush...
and so much more.

I know your journey is another beginning dear friend.
And that your Spirit continues to shine as bright as this beautiful summer sky.

You are thought of often.. and you are missed.

I share this poem (below) in your memory.
These beautiful words a kind a gentle reminder.
A gift.. by my favourite poet.. Em Claire.

                     You Were Meant

                                All of this
it is a preparation for walking in the world
                                as Light.
                      You have been found now,
and the running of many lifetimes
                                   is over.

So as each layer of dust
is wiped clean from the surface,
                                   the You
                             you have known
                                 must disperse.

                           Let this Light become
                       your Speech and your Silence.

                                 Let the grief
                              that has lived you
                                  (pass away.)

          Perfection Under Heaven

                Live
                    cautiously,
                   respectfully
                         and
                   bear witness
                           to
                    all that is...
                     Perfection
                       Under
                      Heaven.

                      Remain
                     peaceful,
                       quiet
                        and
              relax into the Nature
                         of
               everything that is...
                      Perfection
                        Under
                       Heaven.

                   Listen more
                         and
                     speak less
                       trusting
                that all is being done
                in complete harmony
                       and in...
                     Perfection
                       Under
                      Heaven.

                     Hurry less
                         and
                 accomplish more,
               by silently observing
              how all things happen,
             just exactly as they should
                            in...
                      Perfection
                        Under
                       Heaven.

                       Step back
                 in patient awareness;
                 simply allowing for
               every "thing" on time,
                         in order,
                 and Perfectly aligned
                            in...
                       Perfection
                          Under
                         Heaven.

Living In a State of Awe.

                            Coming together
                             in a harmonious
                                    and
                               natural state
                                     of
                               acceptance
                                     is
                                  Living
                                 in a State
                                     of
                                   Awe.

                              The complete
                                 awareness
                                      of
                                 all that is
                                   natural
                                      in
                                your world
                                      is
                                   Living
                                  in a State
                                      of
                                    Awe.

                                Recognizing
                               and embracing
                                bewilderment
                                       and
                           witnessing everything
                                         as
                                   miraculous
                                         is
                                      Living
                                     in a State
                                         of
                                       Awe.

                                     Loving
                              your physical-self
                                     exactly
                                    as you are
                                         is
                                    perfection...
                                       and
                                     the most
                                     beautiful
                                        and
                                    blissful way
                                        to be...
                                       Living
                                        in a
                                      complete

                                         total
                                        State
