I am,
so very Grateful,
for every day in, 
"My Life."
I give thanks,
and am, 
Grateful,
for the fact that,
those that I care about most,
are recovering,
getting better,
and are going to be well,
healthy, and happy in their lives.
I am,
Grateful,
and look forward to sharing,
in many joyful,
and loving times,
now...
and in the future.
It has now become,
"THE" most important thing in,
"My Life,"
I am,
Grateful,
and feel so very fortunate,
for (all),
"My Blessings."
I practice,

How do I choose to Live. Today.
How am I going to be Healthy. Today.

I pray,
that all, 
"My Loved Ones,"
and the people that, 
I cherish, 
most in, 
"My Life,"
are Healthy.
I call upon, 
"My Eagle Spirits,"
to watch over, 
guide, and protect those, 
who I hold so dear.
I look forward to a, 
Healthy future, 
and am focused on, 
maintaining a Healthy lifestyle in,

There is still so much music,
that we are meant to play,

in order to play it.

How do I choose to Live. Today.
How am I going to Listen. Today.
How will I be Inspired. Today.

I am very quiet,
and Listen in, 
"My Life."
What do I feel?
What do I hear?
When I am totally silent, focused,
and only;
Listen.
In silence,
joy, peace,
health, and happiness,
is near.
I believe,
when I Listen,
and I am connected,
to all of the beauty,
that is available to me in,
"My Universe."
I am Listening...
and things are very clear.
I can say goodbye to fear,
when I Listen...
It is a different kind of hearing,
when I Listen,
like this...
and I have a knowing,
that I am meant to guide,
and to serve...
others in,
"My Life."
From a child's pose,
in my quiet time,
I feel grounded....
"My Forehead,"
to the earth,
I hear the code,
in an angel's voice;
and things are clear.
A peaceful and happy knowing.
A belief in what it is I need to do,
to fulfill all of,
"My Heart's Dreams."
It is right.
It is beautiful.
And I am grateful for it's arrival.

How do I choose to Live. Today.
How Am I going to Live like a Butterfly. Today.
How will I be Inspired. Today.

Looking out at,
"My Favourite Butterfly Image,"
here in,
"My Beautiful Garden,"
I am reminded of,
the grace, and the beauty,
of the majestic Butterfly.
Butterflies...
are Free...
to Fly....
and for me,
Inspire me to soar,
to much greater heights in,
"My Life."
A Butterfly is driven,
by a silent knowing.
Never questioning it's calling...
it simply does.
It's truth, and purpose,
clear;
Unto itself.
A quiet trusting,
in it's own Nature...
to only be...
who it truly is.
A Butterfly never doubts,
what is,
and believes,
unconditionally...
in the purpose,
of it's own existence.
I want to,
Live.
and fly,
like a Butterfly in,
"My Life."

How do I choose to Live. Today.
How am I going to Believe. Today.
How will I be Inspired. Today.

I Believe in,
"My Life."
I Believe, 
in how I truly feel,
and put (all),
"My Trust,"
in the knowing, 
that what I Believe in, 
will manifest itself, 
for me in, 
"My World."
I Believe in, 
My Dreams,"
and am passionate, 
and incredibly excited, 
to share with others, 
who share in,
"My Dreams."
I Believe,
in the here...
and now...
and have the Faith; 
that what I envision, feel, 
and Believe in,
will (all) eventually,
show up for me in, 
"My Universe."

How do I choose to Live. Today.
How am I going to Shift. Today.
How will I be Inspired. Today.

There has been a great Shift
that has happened, (so beautifully),
for me in,
"My Life."
For the first time,
I am feeling more of,
who I believe,
I truly am.
This amazing change,
in me,
feels like a realization;
An awakening...
to a clearer vision,
of consciousness.
The ability to see and feel things,
with greater meaning in,
"My World."
A distinct move away;
A conscious Shift from,
"My Ego,"
and from things,
which are far less important.
I have Shifted from,
"My Past,"
and find,
"Myself,"
(in the now)...
and only in this moment.
For I cannot change where I have been,
and the future is not yet here...
The Shift is to the present...
and right now....
and right here...
is all I truly have.
I am allowing,
"My Shift,"
to happen slowly,
quietly, and peacefully,
as I move to this most beautiful place...
Of meaning, passion....
and purpose.
I Live...
Now....
in a conscious Shift,
to the afternoon of,
"My Life."
I am truly Inspired.
and so very grateful,
for all,
"My Many Blessings,"
and for this incredible gift;
This most amazing, beautiful,
and life-changing...
