Living The Wisdom of The Tao
Verse 34.

Through the inspirations of my spiritual mentor Dr. Wayne Dyer,
I have undertaken this year, (as he did in 2006), the teachings of the
eighty-one verses of the "Tao Te Ching." Legend says that the "Tao"
(pronounced "Dao") was written by the prophet "Lao-Tzu" some five
hundred years before the birth of Christ. The interpretation of the words
Tao is "The Way" Te is "The Shape and Power" and Ching is "The Book."
It has been called "one of the profoundest books in world philosophy."
For my references I have been studying the interpretations and teachings of
Dr. Dyer from his book "Change Your Thoughts - Change Your Life."
In the spirit of Eagle Eye here is my inspired (poetic) interpretation of
Verse 34.

                               The Great Way


                         To accomplish, with purpose,
                      and without recognition or acclaim,
                      is the true path of  "the Great Way."

                   To realize a new perception and outlook,
                          that accumulation and attention,
                     are not the qualities of  "the Great Way."

                             All-encompassing and inclusive,
                                 living without expecting,
                is the alignment and the truth of  "the Great Way."

                           To see the world and all it's beauty,
                  perfect in nature, it demands nothing in return,
            only appreciation, care, and respect of  "the Great Way."

                      To listen intently, to the pureness of it's message,
                                unfolding, quietly, peacefully,
                        and in perfect harmony with  "the Great Way."

                     For to discover this new definition of "Greatness,"
                                is to (truly) understand all that is...
                                             "the Great Way."

    Sometimes the greatest sense of inspiration comes from nothingness.

        At the (urging) intuitions of my life coach I am reminded of 

                the importance of balance and peace in my life.

             For that reason I am going to take a short break,

             pause, recharge my creative batteries, and just be....

                           for the next week or so.

                I look forward to a spirited "Eagle Eye" return,

                  refreshed, rejuvinated, and re-energized, to a

              Wisdom, the one who understands, him - Self.
        The realization that what you have, and who you truly are,
                                    is enough.

       Knowledge, the power, and the ability, to gaze inward in - Self.
         The realization that what You have, and who you truly are,
                                    is enough.

              Inner strength, the responsibility to the actions of one's - Self.
           The realization that what you have, and who you truly are,
                                     is enough.

            Exercising, the tolerance, and the natural flow of your - Self.
           The realization that what you have, and who you truly are,
                                     is enough.

           Allowing, the energy, and awareness of purpose unto it's - Self.
           The realization that what you have, and who you truly are,
                                      is enough.

            Reminding, practicing, and the simple being... of - Self.
            The realization that what you have, and who you truly are,
                                       is enough;

           Perfect, the life that flows,
            in harmony with all it's Goodness.
             Simple, yet powerful, it moves
           naturally, and with such little effort.


              Always creating it's own "Way"
           Goodness knows, it's destined path.
        Like rivers and streams, it's energy flows,
     with passion (in unison) of truth and purpose.
           
           Goodness sees, what should be seen,
              and hears what should be heard.
    Like the coming together of a perfect oneness,
  it is anything, and everything, exactly as it should be.


              Feel it's freedom, and joy of being,
        without expectation, recognition, or result;
        For Goodness simply is... all it knows to be...
                               Goodness.

           Weapons, the tools of violence.
       Detest and disdain to all those who support the fight.
        For peace is the only "Way" to the quiet man's heart.


           Lay down your weapons...and see the "Way"
           The "Tao's Way" to a life connected in spirit.


            Weapons, the source to all things destructive.
              Death, destruction, and the forces that kill.
 For only the ever-giving "Way" is the path to love and compassion.


            Lay down your weapons... and see the "Way"
The "Tao's Way" of life, love, and the divinity of wisdom and reason.


             Weapons, represent war, hate, and combat. 
                    Decimate, decree, and destroy.
 Become weaponless, forgiving, and in harmony with the world.
